TO RESERVE YOUR SERVICE

To reserve your service we need Deposit and Personal Information (reservation form will be requested by email)

TO DEPOSIT

The deposit can be made through online payment, Western Union, PayPal and international bank transfer.

DETAILS OF PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1.- ONLINE PAYMENT

The online payment option is automatically used for both the deposit and the final payment. In each tourism service there is the possibility of paying online on our website. You can use any type of credit and debit cards. Payment through our website has a charge of 8%, and the transaction is 100% insured.
Our website has an 8% on the indicated price, since there are no safe online payments in Peru, we work with a company from the United States that helps us make secure transactions to ensure your information and your pocket.
Be sure to select the exact date and add add-ons *. According to the service, our system will charge the deposit and one month before the service charges the rest.
* Add ons = Additional services; If additional services are required after booking online, that additional fee will not be automatically charged to the card used to make the reservation. Ask your Travel Counselor how you can pay that extra fee.

2.- DETAILS OF WESTERN UNION

The Western Union option can be used for both the deposit and the final payment.
You can also do it online on the Western Union website using your card:

Sometimes it takes more than a day; Please let us know the exact day you will be able to collect the money. (We need the MTCN number provided by Western Union in order to collect the money)

Advice by email the reference number was obtained from Western Union (MTCN) in order to collect the money and obtain the permits, without the code we will not be able to collect the money.

If this option is selected for the final payment, the transaction must be made one month before the service.
Make sure the deposit is made in USD $.

3.- DETAILS OF PAYPAL

The PayPal option can be used for both the deposit and the final payment.

After the payment is made, please send us the email that PayPal sent you to confirm the transaction.
If this option is selected for the final payment, the transaction must be made one month before the service.
Make sure the deposit is made in USD $.

4.- TRANSFER OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANK

This option can be used for both the deposit and the final payment. The banking information will be given by email. All fees from international banks will have to be paid by the participant; otherwise, that fee will be added to the Final Balance that will be paid in the City of Cusco.
If this option is selected for the final payment, the transaction must be made one month before the service.
Make sure the deposit is made in USD $.

IMPORTANT

• Be sure to read our Terms and Conditions.
• As soon as we are able to confirm the deposit and personal information, we will proceed with the permits, tickets and tickets; and will send a confirmation by email.
• If the deposit received is less than the required amount, the remainder will be charged to the final amount to be paid in Cusco.
• The final payment has to be made before the walk, it could be before or on the date of the information ultimately, one day before the walk in your accommodation.
